I am waiting for my background to clear. I praying and asking for prayer so that my past won't keep me from getting my dream job. I am praying to God to clear the path.

So many of the great saints would have been written off if focusing on their past. In my prayer today, I ask St. Paul, who often lamented his past, to join us in praying for you. May you witness, in the present moment, to show others your authentic self and may they be open embracing you and giving you the opportunity you seek , always rooted in God’swill.
My profession is very specific and specialized area, in which job/career opportunity is usually rare. However, one of the top positions in the US relating to my area just opens, and I will face some established and much senior competitors, who do not need this position as much as I do. I pray that Jesus' blood will robe my shortcomings, so I will enter the final run and obtain this rare opportunity.
