Transition to new Parish
Please pray for me as I transition to a new parish assignment. Thanks so much! Fr. Pat
Transition is never easy, right? No matter what part of our life is changing (career / neighborhood / etc) a transitional period starts with a little bit of fear, then anticipation and anxiety, and then maybe even some regret (which is ok), and ultimately JOY as we grab ahold of our new opportunities to grow mentally, spiritually, and socially. Father Pat, we pray with you and for you — in thanksgiving for all that you have contributed to previous parish families — and in gratitude for all that is to come. PEACE be with you and your new very lucky parish family!
Thanks, Father Pat for being our Pastor these many years. I will continue to pray for you in my prayers for Priests. God bless you in your new Parish. In His Love & Service for Life, Pat
God bless you in your new journey. Thank you for the gifts you left us... those life giving spiritual gifts. Don't forget us! Bon Voyage ❤️ Pray for Oklahoma!
God bless you, Fr. Pat. As much as we would like to keep you to ourselves, there are others that would benefit from your leadership, knowledge, and experience. We need you, but you are needed by the next parish, as well. They will benefit. Like the military, the move to different places is daunting, but you go where you're needed and can do the most good. You have and will continue to be in our prayers. All we have is yours. Thank you for being our Pastor.
I will pray for a smooth transition for you, Fr. Pat, along with peace of heart, peace of mind, and peace of spirit. Thankfully you are not going too far!
Fr. Pat — My late husband Harold Bell really admired you and I think he met you at a Cursillo weekend when you were new to the priesthood. He told me how great a guy you are and that you’d be a wonderful priest. I pray that wherever you go that God will continue to make a smooth transition for you and that He will continue to use you in a mighty way. God bless you. Rena (Bell) Lipps
